Debbie was one of the those essential souls who made and make the Guinea Pig Daily Digest an extended family to many of us. She was a comfort in times of mourning and a help in times of need, her posts always reminding us of the global nature of our guinea pig community. Her loss has been hard to process - she still seems very present to me as one who did so much to shape the loving nature of this remarkable group of diverse and wonderful people. Luita in Berlin
